Our standard hoarding system comprises:
- Panels: 2.44m x 1.22m x 18mm Site Protect ‘Smartply’ plywood sheets, providing a smooth, rigid barrier with excellent impact resistance.
- Rails: Three robust 4.8m x 47 x 100mm softwood rails securely fixed to the panel face for structural strength.
- Posts: 75 x 150mm mixed species softwood posts set at 2.4m centres, concreted firmly in place for stability and durability.
- Top & Bottom Rails: 22 x 150mm ‘Crown’ (top) and ‘Skirt’ (bottom) timber battens fixed on the plywood face to prevent damage and add rigidity.

- Alternative Systems: We can supply and install a range of hoarding systems tailored to site-specific designs and health & safety requirements.
- Concrete Block Fixing: Hoarding panels can be securely fixed to concrete block bases where ground fixing is restricted or temporary installations are required.
